What made this day unique?

Family and Friends always make the special occasion even more special, but for this Bride, her Poppa was a part of the entertainment. From the toast to the garter removal, you could tell this was someone who loved to entertain. The beautiful ceremony site includes lush green grass with a water fountain in the middle of the pond.  As a second dinner, the bride also had Whataburger deliver 50 meals for guests too.

How Central Texas Planner helped?

The planner arrived at 9 a.m. and checked in on the wedding party to make sure they were doing good. Located the marriage license, security payment and where the bride’s and groom’s belongings were. As vendors arrived, the planner assisted them by showing where they would set up as well as going through the agenda of events for the day. Shortly before the ceremony began, the alcohol from the suites was taken to the bar. The planner assisted with a Zoom Call for family and friends who could not make the special day but could watch from afar. Upon security arrival, the planner provided the payment, and then lined the wedding party up to start the ceremony. After pictures were done, the planner assisted with the couple having a private dinner before the grand entrance, and dinner was served to guests. The planner handed out champagne to guests for toasts. The planner ensured the couple, photographer and the DJ were all ready for the dances. As the first dance played, the coordinator let both Father of the Bride and Mother of the Groom know they would be up shortly. The coordinator and the photographer moved the wedding party and parents of the newlyweds outside for a faux sendoff. At the cake cutting, the coordinator assisted the couple on how to cut the cake. Once the dance floor opened, the planner went around and assisted the caterers with cleaning up the tables. Afterward, she went outside to clean up the ceremony site, and then to the suites to clean up and place the bride’s and groom’s belongings in their getaway car. At 9 p.m., the coordinator made sure the couple, the dj and photographer were ready for the bouquet and garter toss, and assisted the bride on where to stand/sit. At 10 p.m., the second meal of the night was delivered the planner handed out a meal to each of the guests. At 11 p.m., the real sendoff took place, and the coordinator assisted the photographer in getting the guests into position for their last photo op. Oncec guests departed, the reception hall was packed up and decorations were loaded into the appropriate vehicles.

Note: This is a venue that does require a day-of coordinator to be present for all vendors with the exception of hairstylist and makeup artist.
